Fixed in Media Composer v2019.9 The following have been fixed:

➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3142. Using Transition Corner Display with ripple trim didn’t update the lower 3 frames correctly.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3158. Locked tracks became deselected when you changed export settings.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3122. If you exported an AAF for a second time, changing the name resulted in a crash.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3058. After performing an Insert Edit, returning to the Insert Edit Export option, the selected check boxes were not saved.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3168. The editing application would crash when opening a bin from Media Composer v8.4.5.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3190. (Mac) In some instances, bin saving did not complete.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3144. OMFI did not rescan or relink properly.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3175. If Windows scaling was set to 150%, 3D Warp effects displayed as a negative image.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3211. (Windows) Video did not expand when you resized a pop-up window.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3110. When in Text View, you did not have the option in the Bin Window to lock columns during scrolling left and right. See the Media Composer v2019.9 What’s New for information on Bin Left Lock.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2951. (Nitris DX) You might have received an “Assertion failed” error. when adjusting audio using the Audio Monitor Control button in the Timeline.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3021. You might have received an “Exception: CC Relationship Failed” error and the editor crashed when removing Color Correction.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3153. In some instances, video mixdowns did not display the correct timecode.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3189. When performing a Digital Cut with the Digital Cut Safe Mode enabled, effects were rendered, but the render progress windows stayed on the screen when the playback starts. This blocked access to any controls in the Digital Cut window.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2819. Saving an Export Setting that included the Avid Media Processor option did not always retain the correct settings..
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2972. In some instances, bins did not save after placing resize effects on clips.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3178. The YCbCR 2020 HLG Color Space did not carry over into the project.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3194. In some instances, K did not stop playback when working with JKL playback.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3187. Selecting File > Open Bin did not always make the bin visible.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3109. You could not always save a Color Correction (current/previous/next) setting as a custom setting.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3221. Performing a Quick Find using the Bin filter field with enable/disable reference clips did not work properly.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2676. Audio Meters in the Audio Mixer tool responded later than the audio meters in the Timeline.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3215. In some instances, if the Tool Palette was opened across two monitors, the editing application would crash.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2759. (Interplay) The wrong file might have been transferred when performing a drag and drop from a bin to an FTP Browser.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3140. In some instances, the video might have looked skewed after applying a tracker effect.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-2854. Dragging and dropping a clip from AirSpeed Remote Console to a bin resulted in Media Composer closing.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3219. You might have received a “Current hardware is not compatible with this project's settings, and is being switched to inactive” error when connected to a Nitris DX or Mojo DX. The IO device should not have been disabled for supported resolutions. This has been fixed.
➤ Bug Number: MCCET-3007. MXFOP1a exports from Avid Media Processor may have had a “Timecode of first frame” value of -1 if the start of sequence had an odd timecode.

Limitations

➤ Bug Number: MCCET-11796. Larger than 10 bit DPX files might fail to link correctly. Workaround: Go to File > Settings and click the User tab. In the Link Settings, click the Link Options tab and make sure Alpha Channel is set to Ignore.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-11430. Media Tool ignores the “Current project” filtering option and lists media files that are not associated with the current project. Limitations 8
➤ Bug Number: . If you launch a project and receive an “Enable 3rd Party Emulation” warning, even if you select Enable in the warning dialog, you should also perform the following: Select File > Settings and click the Project tab. Click General Settings and select “Enable Bin Sharing on 3rd party storage emulating Avid NEXIS/ISIS.”
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-11197. In some instances, the Interleave option might not appear in the Export As dialog box. If you are performing an Export using the Avid Media Processor, the Interleave option should appear when you choose Stereo, 5:1, or 7.1 Audio. Workaround: If it does not appear, briefly toggle back to the Mono setting, then toggle to Stereo Mix once again. Doing so should reveal the Interleave option.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-8641. (AMD Graphics). Systems with AMD graphics cards might display tearing when performing Full Screen playback.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-9460. Windows 7 systems with Nvidia Maxwell or Nvidia Pascal cards might experience playback issues that could result in “Play Consumer timeout” errors. Workaround: Select “Disable GPU Effects” in the Render Settings dialog box.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-9269. (Media Composer | Cloud) After performing a remote download operation on a sequence containing AVC-I 100 remote media, the downloaded media appears as XAVC-I 100. Workaround: Download the entire master clips.
➤ Bug Number: (Mac). You may occasionally see the menu bar flash followed by a brief beach ball. To fix this, deactivate “Displays have separate spaces” under System Preferences > Mission Control settings.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-9011. Intermittently, when working with the XDCAM Nablet Plug-in, you might see “Failed to get the sample position from the AMA Plug-in” errors if you have waveforms enabled in the Timeline.
➤ Bug Number: COGS-2560. While working in the Script Window, text operations (cut/copy/paste/delete/editing) can only be done in edit mode. See “Editing a Script” in the Help.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-5650. When working with Panasonic LongG media, you might receive an “SFPlayConsumer Timeout” error if audio waveforms are enabled. Workaround: Turn off audio waveforms.
➤ Bug Number: MCDEV-5385. MultiCam editing with Panasonic LongG media is not supported with this release.
